SOL: The Keeper of Light Variant Cover

My variant cover for Issue 1 of the self-published webcomic Sol: The Ballad of Eternity (2025), illustrated, written, and edited by my good friend Ariel Colon. His guidance and critiques were invaluable in making this piece come together and it was an honour to be allowed to contribute to this very personal passion project. The first issue of SOL will be releasing April 2025 and will be free to read!

This depicts the character "Ana" who will be the focus of the first issue of SOL. She strongly associates with the sun, rebirth and her ancestors. The original design was created by Ariel Colon and is inspired by the Arawak (Tainos indigenous) people of the Caribbean.
